We are Mike and Abby from SF Delicious Catering. We chef up some killer French street food. We are tricking the menu out a bit this time, abandoning the time tested safety of the quiche and going with something a bit more adventurous. We call it the "Pork Belly Croque Monsieur Panini". It is braised pork belly and Gruyere on a grilled, pressed sweet baguette, with pork cracklin aioli, dijon mustard, and a whole grain mustard beurre blanc sauce poured over the top. A Humble Plate ~
We are Rathsamee Ly, Emily Whitehurst and Cheryl Cabaltica. We make a Laotian rice salad called Nam Khao. It is typically eaten in a lettuce wrap. Nam Khao is made from a deep-fried mixture of ground pork, unsweetened grated coconut, egg and rice, which is cooled to room temperature and combined with som moo (sour pork), green onion, cilantro, mint, fish sauce and lime juice. Nam Khao is served with a lettuce leaf and dried chilli flakes for spice, if desired.

I'm Kitty from Kitty's Kreations. I learned to make jams, jellies, marmalades, etc. on the farm w/ my aunt Ede and working beside my Mom, starting at age 6. Over the years I've made yummy gifts and momentos, then my friends and family wanted extras to give to their friends, co-workers, etc. So I started a business plan and all of the sudden, everybody wants my canned goods and candy.
